astro code plug conversion help!!!

I have a uhf astro code plug which is in rss 9.5 but i only have cps 2.0, is there a way to convert the rss plug into a cps plug??
With Astro CPS, you don't need an archive converter like in the MTS/MCS CPS. Simply open your CPS, browse to the DOS archive & open it! It'll open in CPS just like a CPS archive. When you save it, it'll save it as a Windows CPS archive, and you'll no longer be able to read it with DOS RSS, although you'll still be able to read the radio with RSS version 9.05.00.
