Batboard

Hi Guys I have a W3 Spectra and i would like to run an external Ptt and Headset. I have looked into the pins on the normal spectra and I dont want to risk damaging mine.(not sure if there the same) Any ideas where to go. basically need mic +, Spkr +, Ptt, Ground, and so on. Any ideas please leave a message or any one who has done this if they have a diagram that they would be willing to email me please do,
