How many people are using this at the moment (in either Astro OTAR or MDC OTAR)?

Is it a reasonable alternative to sourcing the often quite rare keyloaders that are around the place?

We use it, But a keyloader is still needed to physically connect to the radio to initially key or shadow key it, since alll OTAR data messages are still encrypted.

ahh ok fair enough. So what about the Rekey function when a radio wishes to rekey after having it's keys erased? I notice there's a "generate rekey/otar/whatever key" option in the CPS under OTAR I think...

What are you using to perform your OTAR? Motorola's KMF extensions or something else?

Also, Astro or MDC?
