What does a SmartRIB use for its power?

Hi, folks,

There's a SmartRIB in my future, just as soon as the seller ships it to me, but it's coming as just the bare RIB; No cables or AC adapter. Cables are not an issue (standard serial, I understand), but I need to know what voltage and polarity of AC adapter is correct for it.

FWIW, I nailed the thing on Ebay with four seconds to spare (yes, I admit it, I'm one of those all-too-controversial 'snipers').

Tip is negative polarity (Reverse to the standard RIB). Would recommend you purchase the AC/DC adapter from Motorola. As Monty will tell you, you can easily zap one of those things with a Walmart power cube.

There's also an option to replace the bottom plate with a battery holder base. Uses a handful of AA's; I forget just how many.
