In the 'Tracking The Trunks' column in the April issue of Monitoring Times Magazine it is stated that Howard County has a Motorola Type II mixed mode system with VSELP digital voice.

Can anyone confirm or refute that?

I show it as being an APCO-25 Mixed Mode System running the standard 3600 baud control channel:
