The Flash Key from Motorola with whatever options you need to upgrade.

That's it.

The Pager Geek is correct. FLASHports are much more involved than the relatively simple firmware updates you can do with the HT/CDM series. Aside from the hardware you already possess, you will need to order the upgrade kit from Motorola. This kit will contain the latest SRIB software and a special UPGRADE disk with software specific to your flash upgrade. These need to be installed into your SRIB & UPGRADE directories within your RSS/CPS. Finally a hardware dongle which will allow you to flash the exact number of radios you defined in your request to Motorola. You will need to provide Motorola with a list of all serial numbers you wish to upgrade, along with the current flashcode & the desired features you wish to add. They will custom create the package for you, and it will not work for any other flashcodes.
Most times, FLASHport upgrades need to be ordered directly through a local Motorola sales rep, not an MSS. Good luck.
