Here's what I've got, 1987 Jeep Cherokee Laredo. I'm using relays to control a lightbar, grill halogens, possibly some strobes. There are a lot of options in the lightbar. Where can I get some really small switches, (something the size of an average pinky, and only a 1/2 inch deep). Or a rotary switch (like found on a arrowstick controller) that one simply rotates to select options or a slide switch. I'm looking to have four types of lighting modes, such as arrowstick and amber hideaways only, stage 2 would be my outer green rotators, stage 3 would be all my rotators and all hideaway strobes, and stage 4 would be intersections sweeps and center white light that would use a rotary or slide switch. If I use a slide switch I'm still going to need three buttons to control the alley's and front work lights.

Any ideas would be nice, and yes, that's a lot of lights on my truck.

Have fun running cables to the rear of that Jeep! They didn't leave much room in the rocker trim area.

In my '89 XJ, I had 7 micro-toggles hidden in the ashtray with a CAT-5 cable running to a relay center under the back seat. An LED (a GOOD place for LEDs) illuminated with each switch. #8 cable and a 60A wafer fuse fed power to the relay center. Add a larger battery-to-body ground on these Jeeps. If you use strobes and have the 4.0 liter engine, beware that the Magneti-Marelli/Lucas hybrid ignition system gets really pissed off if you don't have the high voltage cables' shields grounded to chassis.
