Hi guys,

I figured I would ask the experts out here for a solution to my problem, I currently have a 1992 Ford Crown Victoria.

I am looking for am overhead console to mount all my radios, siren and light controls, they are all remote mounts so should be easy enough.

I just cant seem to find any overhead consoles out there, other than cheap ones made for trucks and vans. I know they have them I have seen many police units in the field, just never got a name on them.

Thanks
Bob

Someone on CrownVic.net used a Dodge/Plymouth Voyager overhead. Says it fit OK but he had to cut the headliner. The pix of it look OK.

Did you not like any of the ideas I posted in your last thread? :(

the last link I posted was a metat overhead console. But the idea really is more suited for a truck with a higher roof.

That is probably why your not getting any good responses. Good luck. I'd like to see how it comes out. Someone on here installed a scanner in his trucks overhead console. He took scanner apart and made it a remote mount.

Any way good luck and please keep us posted. should be pretty cool.
