After reading a previous post concerning the location of bandlimit data in the Spectra1.exe file and the fact that it was double precision floating point, I did a little tinkering today. Edited the file with Hex Editor, searched for the bandlimits specifying double precision for the format. Sure enough, there they were. Changed them, saved the file, ran it, loaded a codeplug, no more band limits. Didn't try to actually program a radio. Use this at your own risk!
Haven't fooled with this stuff in a while. Will actually try it on a radio soon and post results.
