does anyone know if theres a way to make mdc1200 sound like modat if so could you please e-mail me [email protected]
The closest thing you can get is to turn on the "preable" option if the radio supports it. It is a machine gun sound prior to the data being transmitted.
Other than that, no.
The only radios that support MODAT are:
Astro Spectra (VSLEP)
Astro Saber
Older MX series
Syntor/Syntor X (I believe, and no X9000)
That's about it.
