Can a non-secure A9 110 watt be made into a secure radio i have a codeplug for the same radio only secure do i need to add a board?? please help

And a new command board, or blank your old one and re-initialize it with your new CP. SG

how do you blank the command board?? i have the lab rss. also where does the DES Chip plug into?? thanks
