XTS3000 Part needed asap.

I bought an xts3000 uhf range 2 (450-520) and found out it doesnt work, took it apart and GUESS what is missing the Vocoder board! does Anyone out there have a xts3K vocoder board with good host/dsp they would be willing to sell???
