HT800 (MT1000) Paperweight?

Post by T789 »

Hi have just been programming one of my HT800's EU version of the MT1000, during programming of radio there was a power cut, Re-booted PC and tried to read radio but RSS now displaying "Radio data invalid - Error 1", have I just got myself a heavy duty paperweight in the shape of a HT800?
Thanks

if you have a saved codeplug for the radio, send it to the radio without reading it first in most cases it should fix the problem

The batlabs site also has some suggestions on correcting a codeplug error.

FYI "Error 1" corresponds to "No Response from the Radio" in Mt1000 RSS R03.01.02.

I have cleared an HT800 with a corrupted codeplug using the method described for the Genesis series radios in the model specific page, give it a shot.

You should be able to create a new codeplug for it in the RSS. I'm not sure which version you are using but the one I use will let me create a new codeplug.

HI:

If you have tried all the proceedures mentioned above,
and have found it not to work, email me direct and perhaps
I can can give you a few tips to restrore the radios " Primary "
code Plug.

[email protected]

Manytimes, the use of a Un-satisfactory program platform
can be the problem, and unless you correct that first, no
proceedure will work.

What radios do you own?: radios

Get HT800 Lab to fix the problem,if the other methodes don´t work.
You can create a default codeplug with it and program the radio. If your channel switch will do more than 8 positions, you can convert your radio into a 16 channel model.
