I came across this today and it may help. I didn't have a copy of the manual so it helped me. It sure as hell looks like the HMN4044 with an RJ45 plug on the end.

Yes, I found that (and printed it out) a while back. Unfortunately, this manual does not list the part number of this HHCH assembly or even the cable between the AVA and the HHCH.

I'm going to rattle M's cage on this again tomorrow. We'll see what comes to the surface.
