Does anyone know how to eliminate the squelch tails on non-priority channels during priority scan operation???

Also, how do you set the global squelch level on these radios? I can find the squelch fine tune in each personality, but no squelch alignment in the service portion of the RSS.

I should add that these are NON-ASTRO channels. The ASTRO channels mute with no noise burst.
