Maratrac Stripping PL

Problem: Using Maratrac as TX radio for repeater and will not TX PL. Here is info on setup, GM300 (RX) to I20R to Maratrac (TX). I have tried programming the PL into the radio and still will not TX PL. I have even just used Mic in programming port and still no TX PL. I am not using the control head I’m just using cable as described on the board section Programming without a Control Head and connecting (Ground) Pin 2, (PTT) Pin 12 and (Mic Hi) Pin 14 in cable. Repeater works great but for some reason is stripping the PL.

If it has a 16 pin logic board, I know the maxtrac has the capability of "tx pl inhibit" to be programmed to one of the pins.
Also, maybe you have it programmed for the 99ch head and the MPL is somehow turned on and not programmed.
