EMS Agency Automation

Was asked to help out with a volunteer EMS agency with station equipment. They need to have certain equipment in the station operate in a particular sequence when they are toned out.
Rather then hack a Minitor , I was considering the Genave RXC2000 controller http://www.genave.com/rxc-2000_specs.htm. The unit looks fairly good & will do what I want, without all sorts of hacks. Does anyone have suggestions on other vendors/units I should consider? I don't think Motorola has anything thats a commercial off the shelf (COTS) system.
BTW, the control issue will be addressed by a Square D PLC controller. This way I can be sure it will fail safe (IE remote truck engine start will *not* occur unless plymovent is running & sail switch in stack operated). PLC will also open contactor supplying power for the electric range, solenoid for compressed air feed to truck air receiver, and turn on bay lights, apron lights, etc. It also gives a few options with time of day, delay between tone & sequence start, an abort switch, & local lockout.
