Motorola speaker mics

I would like to know if it would be possible to change the plug on a speaker mic for a Saber to a plug for a HT 1000.
Am I reading your post correctly?
You want to use a saber speake4r mikes on a ht1000?
Ht 1000 speaker mikes are pretty easy to find around hear, I have a Jedi speaker mike I may trade you if you are interested.
