What do you mean it's lost? Aren't the mics attached to the cables on the commander series? Or is it removable?

Does anyone know the pin out for the ear phone plug on the speaker mic. I would like to put a plug on an amplified speaker to plug in the plug on the speaker mic while in the car to boost the volume. I would assume this would be pretty benign.

I would be leery of plugging any amplified speaker into any Motorola radio, without being absolutely sure that the speaker circuit isolates BOTH sides of the input from ground. Most Motorola radios use a true balanced audio output, and grounding either side will blow the audio amplifier in the radio.
