Batboard

I have a spectra base unit (the one that looks like a desktrac) I wanted to use it as a mobile but I can't get the display to work directly off of the front of the unit. I looked into the programming and still couldn't find anything. There is a board in the spectra (base) unit, and when hooked back to it the unit works great!
Is there something I am over looking?
The unit is VHF conventional.

It sounds like you need an interconnect board. I have pulled a Spectra out of a Desktack and the only thing I need was the interconnect board.
