Batboard

Since I can safely assume no on the board has an XTS5000 codeplug I am considering putting the RF deck from the 5000 in an XTS3000. I have not taken them apart yet so my question is, are the XTS5000 decks the same as the 3000 decks??

Unfortunately no.

They are totally different beasts, even the mating connectors from board to board and the protocal for talking from the RF board to the controller is different.
