Is $55 a good price for a new Jedi OEM hi-cap (NTN7144CR) battery?

I have been dealing with Jeanne at Aloha Batteries and bought a 2700 mAh nmh battery almost a year ago with no problems, still 100%. I think I paid about 38.00. The low cap 1200 mAh batteries at about 25.00 a piece still test 100% after the same time. Good in my book!

Does anybody know how to get in touch with Jeanne at Aloha Batteries? I am looking for an XTS3000 cup for the conditioner I bought.

Thanks for the referral to Jeanne at Aloha. I have actually bought batteries from her in the past and they are excellent. This time, however, I need some OEM batts from big M. It turns out that, from everything I can find, $55 is in fact a good price for original equipment NTN7144CR's.

The link for anyone interested:

Hello:

I have used a company call anytime communications in the past for that battery. They only sell OEM Motorola batteries. I think my cost was $48.00 each, and they all had current date codes. You can ckeck them out at http://www.anytimecom.com, tell them that steve sent you.

Also on ebay I think it the company is ebatterytech, they have a bunch of Nicads for Jedi's (never got them date code 12/98) and the NiMh's which I have a few of and all work great. The datecodes on the NiMh's are 2002 and are $19 bucks.

Don't waste your time buying anyones batteries, but these:

I have several, they are brand new in the box, with the 2002 date code and take a full charge as they would if they were just manufactured. Check out there other batteries. I also have quite a few of their $11 batteries, they work great also...

My cost is $54 in quanitites more than 15 pcs. direct from Motorola. (reseller price)

So, $55 IS a good price if it IS a genuine /\/\ bat. Don't forget to verify a full warranty.
