XTS3000 Flashcode question

Post by dittrimd »

I want to use an XTS3000 with this flashcode to do conventional analog. My question is will it work, or do I need to have it flashed for H35? If anyone wants to elaborate on what the specific on these option are that would be appreciated as well. Thanks for the help on this one.

Mark

Here is the flashcode:

FLASHCODE 181008-000000-0
Options Installed on this Flashcode:

Q806/G806 IMBE / APCO-25 Digital Operation
H868/W298 Conventional Multikey and Analog Conventional MDC OTAR
G170/H43 Remote Monitor and Radio Trace
H38/G51 Smartzone Operation

your question is answered already - it's built into the flash code you provided.

it's moto's long standing practice that purchase of a higher tier (flash) includes features below that flash as well.

i.e. a smartzone (H38) radio includes smartnet (h37) and conventional.

a smartnet radio includes conventional

ad nauseum

this applies only in this generality though ...

so yes, the radio will operate just fine, with 255 conventional modes.

Thanks Doug for your reply. I kind of figured that was the case but I am just venturing into flashcode radios and it is always nice to get a second opinion.
