Key Fail

I've got XTS3000R mode 2 and AS3 also VHF, but when I turn on it was display "KEY FAIL", I think it should be the securenet or DES issue, so may I know how to disable this message?

Disable securenet in the RSS an reprogram it.

Or load it with a non-volatile key if you have access to a KVL.
