XTS-5000 Channel Capacity

Any XTS-5000 experts out here, do all XTS-5000's support 512 channels. The radiowide screen does show 512 channels but it will only accept 255 channels. Flash is 100001-000000-7 and it shows 8 meg.

it would seem to be a zone limitation..
255 modes per zone max.
i just created 2 255 zones in my "panter" codeplug, same Flashcode, VHF, host/dsp 2.xx
