I'm thinking about bidding on this radio and was wondering if anyone can advise me why it has blank, black serial tags on the back instead of factory ones, should i stay away from a radio with blank tags or will i be fine. Thanks.

It looks like a casting that the RSC ( repair center ) would put on but they would make tags with the serial number and stuff on them. Maybe someone else repaired it but it looks like the one you get for a replacement.
