Does anyone know if anything can be modified on a MTX-8250 programming or other wise that will make the audio sound "normal"? The audio on these little things is unbearable.

Make sure the audio processing filter is OFF under radiowide options.

I looked around and I didn't see anything about a audio processing filter. I'm using the CPS version R 01.03.03 dated November 2001.
