Looking for a template for Baltimore City System. Need for reference on Astro Programming..Any info is appreciated !!

The City of Baltimore system is a 3600 Baud Smartnet APCO-25 system - it does not use the 9600 baud control channel.

There are very few 9600 baud APCo-25 systems.....
