ASTRO SABER R BATTERIES

Anyone make a battery higher than the 1800 maH Motorola Original? I work for the Airforce and they have a whole fleet of them in the FD with the majority of the batteries due for replacement. I hate to recommend Motorola Batteries because latley they don't seem to last versus the aftermarket. Any comments or experiences would be appreciated.

I've looked long and hard, but I have never found any aftermarket replacement for the R-batteries. If anyone knows of such an item, please let the cat out of the bag..
