have a mt2000 uhf model h01sdd9aa4an

unit got wet will not power up

i know there is an internal fuse on one of the boards. i would like to check and see if this is the problem.

could someone point me in the right direction

There's a chip fuse on the RF board right near the underside of the
power pins.

Pete, most of the time the little ribon connectors go bad when the radio gets wet. Use ONLY a soft pencil eraser to clean the flex contacts. I have seen them arc over and burn the contacts on both the flex AND the sockets on the controller.

is the fuse located between the two battery power pins?
