Ok all,
I program minitors. I like to label them with that the freqs are, what the functions are and so on. I used a piece of typed paper with tape, it sucked cutting the tape. I used a computer label, doesn't stay. I'd like something laminated and really sticky, but yet typable. Any ideas?

Brother P-Touch label maker or Dymo label maker. I know that Dymo makes a label maker that is the same type of label that the Brother P-Touch makes. I have the P-Touch, works great. I used it to put my name on a label in the empty strip where the barcode goes on the the back of the Min 3. I also did it on the bottom of a Min 2 where the freq. goes.

Get a P-Touch labeler, one that accepts the TZ cartridges. Then, you can get the "industrial strength adhesive" label cartridges. They'll stick, believe me. The labels *are* removable, but, for these, you have to work at it.

I need to fit alot of info on to a small area, I want what tones are in it. what the freqs are, what the letters do, the sv time, the reset time, etc.

Something our department did for our ht750s was to take a piece of 3M scotchlite and run it through a laser printer. In the settings, choose a paper type that pulls the paper through slow for best results. We got pertty creative. "Watermarked" in the background was the apparatus number in a real light red. In smaller letters, and in black, is the list of all of the channels and what they are. It is pretty durable, but for extra resistance to the toner rubbing off, just place a piece of clear packaging tape across it.

Err, Scotchlite through a laser printer? I wouldn't try that with a printer that you really, really like... if the Scotchlite gets hot and melts, you're going to be buying a new printer...

Cool idea, glad it works for you, but I would't try it.

ok, i printed computer labels, any idea how to "water proof" them. they stay if they don't get wet. I want something easier than tape please!
