P1225 programming help

other than reading the radio is there a model cross over to tell me if it's vhf or uhf it has a model number of P93ZPC90C2AA thanks Jhook
EDIT i think i need glass's i've now got the right model number off the radio those z's look like 2's to a old set of eyes

YOU COULD START WITH THE ANTENNAE, THE SHORTER SKINNY ANTENNAE ARE USUALLY UHF.

thanks for the reply HLA from what i've been able to gather so far it's looking like a VHF it has about a 6" fatter ant and from matching some model numbers off of ebay add's there close to what i have mind you the diffrence in the number might be the ones i found are only 2 channel this is a 16 channel thanks Jhook

Yes the 93 in the model number you provided makes it the VHF band and the C2 tells us its a 16ch in the VHF high band split rather thanc the VHF low band split.

VHF hi = 146 to 174 mhz i believe is corect.

VHF lo = 136 to 162 mhz i believe is corect.
