Does anyone have the part number for the radio mounted power plug and female mini uhf connectors.
My radio had a run-in with a foot and these two items were damaged. I dont want to spend the money on labor rates.
thanks

The DC power connector is 09-80255E01 and they cost about $10 a couple of months ago.
The mini-UHF jack is 09-80131M01 and they cost around $3 if I recall.
The antenna jack is very easy to replace once you've removed the PA circuit board. However, to get that out, you need to unsolder the DC power connector pins, and they're a very tight fit in some plated-through holes. The board is thick, the foil is thick, but the plating will come out with very little effort, and that disconnects the top foil from the bottom foil, resulting in all sorts of problems. Take great care getting ALL the solder off the pins and make sure they're floating in the holes before you attempt to pull the circuit board off of them.
These parts are the same for all the MaxTracs and Radiuses. However I suggest that you also call Motorola and speak with parts identification to make sure they haven't replaced these with later numbers. They're getting rid of a lot of 10-year-old stuff lately and many of the original part numbers are no good now.

Correct, and the easiest way is to take the screws out of the power connector and unsolder it and drop it out before you even unscrew the PA board.
And put it all back together and tighten the screws BEFORE you solder it back.
You can put pigtails on both items if you really need to get it going fast.
