Could this be the elusive Astro AVA HHCH? This guy claims it is.

I've seen one of those before, and used it briefly.

Was in a state HazMat vehicle. Had a full keypad XTS3000 800 Mhz radio in the MTVA. Allowed me to change channels/zones, etc. Basically all of the functions I could do with the keypad.
