Centracom Series II Plus CRT Console audio problem

Console Electronics Enclosure model B1635A that is part of the Centracom Series II Plus CRT Console. The mic gain is too high and I do not have the service manual to adjust it. Can anybody tell me which pot to adjust and the jumper settings to disable/enable the local mic or goose neck mic.

On this same topic have you ever experienced no TX audio from a console position?
