Looking for Good Reference Materials

Post by jcork »

I am trying to learn more about our City's VHF radio systems (HT-1000's, Spectra's, Quantars), and I need some good suggestions for books. I believe we are starting to outgrow some of our infrastructure geographically and I'd like to be able to ask vendors some smart questions.

When someone approaches you about radio issues, and wastes your time with silly questions, what books do you which they had read first?

Check out the bookstore link. Rik has posted several titles, that would be beneficial for someone getting started in radio.
