Novice needs picture ideas for F150 install

Hello...I am not very electronically talented. I'm wondering if anyone has pictures of console installs (primarily radio, siren, BC785 or the like) in an 04-05 F150 Supercrew Lariat with the center console. Does anyone do anything overhead? Any help in jogging my imagination would be appreciated.
