Anyone on the board know if TWRA's ASTRO system (statewide VHF-HI conventional repeaters) uses IMBE, or if it's VSELP? I'm thinking it's VSELP, just curious if anyone knew for certain.

Also, what is the going rate for a VSELP-equipped VHF-HI ASTRO Saber? The non-keypad model would be adequate for my needs, curious as to the going rate.

You can actually tell the difference by listening to the carrier. Unfortunately I can recall any good links for WAVs but I'd know if I heard it. Kinda hard to put that sounds to words ya know.
