M120 programming

hey guys...
im just getting started with programming my own radios and had problems when trying to program 2 M120's. the first radio said error 21, board not initialized and the other radio said error 22, radio not supported. what do these errors mean and what can i do about it? i am using radmbl.... is that the right RSS for these radios?
