CF-28 Toughbook Sound Problems

Post by PhillyPhoto »

My friend is having problems with the sound in his CF28 laptop. I guess the normal internal speakers were sort of quiet, so he wanted to attach an external speaker. He got one, and it's barely making any sound at all on the external speaker. I was just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem before thanks.

Try other jacks, or get an amplified speaker set. They're
not expensive.

The output on the rear of the toughbook's i have had was not all that powerful, line level at best, so your going to need an amplified external speaker to get full output from it.
