any one know of free VOIP site?
I know there is one on the USA running with repeaters.
whats the site address?

Allen,
What would the voip do for radio programming?
There is a VOIP that we have here in the western USA on the WINSystem.
But I am not sure if it caries 27mhz.... but we have Ham VHF/UHF contact with chaps from down under.

Not using 27 mhz with VOIP but to use UHF and VOIP.
the comapny i work for in NSW wants to get involved and start using this for some costomers.
Whats the web address for the one in WA?
is any one permitted to use it?

And your company wants to get this service free?
There are two nets in which I and many other hams
participate but you can't use them unless you have
an amateur (ham) radio license.

I think what he's trying to ask is:
1) How is it done
2) What products are commercially available that will aid in making this happen?
Or what software is there that exists for amateur radio - that would be free, and then be able to be used on another system.
