Quantar Out Of Band

Hi Guys
Just seeing if anyone can shead some light
got a 470-490 Range 3 Exciter and PA
trying to use it as a Spare for 465Mhz
Prog the base with the temp freq and ran an alignment
Found Astro tx audio into 2670 to be about 1khz Dev. *ONLY WHEN STATION IS RUNNING AS A REPEATER*
What gets me is when i run it up in service, its fine on 465 but as you know audio alingment freq are diff
Im sure there will be some other information about on here, but if you could direct me to that would be great or feedback some info on here that would be unreal
