MOTOROLA H/H SET XTL 5000 HAVE GOT SOME PROBLEM SECURE ERASED WHEN BATTERY SOUND LOW WHAT MAY BE THE PROBLEM

Troubleshooting steps:

1. Turn off the caps lock key.

2. Take a deep breath, collect your thoughts, and deliver your question in proper english (Queen's or American, I care not). If you are unable to speak/type proper english, find someone who can translate for you.

By default the radio is set to dump the keys when the battery/power is removed. You just need to go into the radio programming & check off the box for "infinite key retention" in the secure settings.
