minitor 2 amp charger help

Ok so I have no recieve on the amp charger.The charger is hooked up to an external antenna outside.This has been in service for sometime and alsways worked fine.I did test it on a few others antennas and still no rx audio it will only recieve on a simplex channel close by .Can anyone give me some help
