Batboard

I have two XTS2500's....one beeps everytime you press a programmed button...the other doesn't. Where in the CPS is the option? I am using CPS 11.

In the display options for the radio there should be a button enabled as "mute" If it is not, enable it and then it will shop up on the radio menu. Press that button and it gives you a tones on or off option. Choose whichever you desire.

Also, remember that you may have more menu items than you can see on the main screen. Use the left or right button to scroll through the available menu items on your radio. My guess is it is probably already in the menu. It is pretty much a default menu item.
