Motorola R2014D Function

Can someone tell me if the Motorola R2014D is capable of taking SINAD measurements?

Yes it is. Take your audio signal input it to the Scope/DVM input BNC connector next to the RF I/O port. The sinad meter itself is on the main screen when in the generate FM mode.
