MCX1200 programming

Does the MCX1200 use the same RSS as the GM1200? If not what RSS or CPS does it use? Also is the upgrade from 10channel to 250ch the same as the upgrade procedure for the GM/Gp1200? One last question, the flash upgrade on the batlabs how to's says it needs to be 13V +-5 is that the RIB Voltage or radio voltage? Thanks.
