R2670 analyzer using RS232

We need to align 1000+ XTS5000 and XTL5000 radios for use on a new P25 system being installed. We have an autotester for our Aeroflex 3920, but need to get something for our R2670s. Has anyone used this? I made a cable to try to talk to our analyzers, but haven't been successful yet. It looks like the S/W is available from Motorola, but can't get any info from them without actually buying it.
