The label on the back of an Astro Saber that states "FLASHport" with "Mfg Code" and a #, is this the original flashcode of the radio? Thanks.

IF there is a number on the same label that says FLASHport, that's most likely the flashcode. Different radio lines have slightly different formats with the information. Astro Sabers have two labels. The one below the the speaker-mic connector will have the Model number/Serial number etc. Then there is one on the upper right of the radio what will have the flashport label and number.

The the labels are all formatted a little differently depending on the radio line.

Yes, the Mfg Code is the Flashcode the radio left the factory with.

My XTS has all zeros on the MFG but has a factory flashcode sticker. The unit has never been programmed. still reads Factory under radio history
