Aeroflex 3920 (WowBagger) questions

Hello.
On the 3920:
(a). One of the Util options is listed as Aeroflex. Presumably this is for "factory" service
personnel, yes ? What can you access under it ?
(b). There is no "calibration" per-se for this instrument is there ? (unless it's under the
restricted access menu item above). Mine just came back with a "certificate of
calibration validity". What's typically done when a unit is returned ? Just throw it on
the test jigs, and verify levels, freq accuracy, etc ? - but nothing to "tweak" ?
(c). Beyond CPU speed is there a user noticeable difference between the 800 mhz and
1.6 ghz processors ?
(d). When you purchase an option, is it downloading new firmware to the hard disk or
unlocking code already resident on the platform ?
(e). I looked and could not find a service manual or theory of operation publication on
the Aeroflex site. Is this deliberate or am I not looking in the right place ?
